Can you order something by request?

We do our best to fully stock the Depot. If you need a specific item or piece of equipment which is not available on our site, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns 28 days after purchase. To receive a cash refund, the item must be in resellable condition and have the original receipt. For store credit, the item must be in resellable condition but no receipt is necessary.
